Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind, style preferences, or accidental ordering.

Exchanges

We’re happy to help if there’s an issue with your order.

• Exchanges are considered only if your item arrives damaged or defective.

• To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
