Returns & Refunds
All sales are final on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, style preferences, or accidental ordering.
Exchanges
We’re happy to help if there’s an issue with your order.
Exchanges are considered only if your item arrives damaged or defective.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A photo of the item and packaging (if applicable)
If approved, we’ll replace the item (or offer a shop credit if a replacement isn’t available).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for the return and next steps.
